As Vice President of People and Culture and a member of the McAdams leadership team, Cheryl oversees all aspects of enterprise human resources strategy and operations.

Cheryl, a senior-level certified human resources professional with over 20 years of experience across multiple industries (for-profit, non-profit and geographies), possesses strong expertise in organizational development with a demonstrated ability to lead culture change and growth. With a passion to “help organizations and people find the best in each other,” Cheryl is a passionate leader and a champion for equity, diversity and inclusion who believes wholeheartedly that diversity and inclusion are part of the “secret sauce” that separates good organizations from great ones.

When away from the office, Cheryl enjoys time with her husband Shawn and their children traveling, exploring new restaurants, mentoring and leading various small groups.
