Bill Derks, PE

Vice President, Land Development

Bill leads our firm’s land development group and provides expertise in civil site development design and permitting while contributing on projects through interactions with our staff and within various municipalities. His experience of more than 25 years in project management, design and permitting is an asset to our staff, our clients in the management of their projects. Bill implements a thorough and comprehensive approach to managing the land development group staff, their client accounts to ensure the completion of projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Favorite Childhood Memory:

“My older brother and I spent enumerable hours playing with Lego blocks constructing houses, airplanes and inspiring my future career. My second passion was swimming. It was such a big deal in our house that we purchased our first color TV so we could watch Mark Spitz swim in the 1972 Olympics.”
