Jon leads McAdams’ residential group and provides expertise in civil site design while managing projects, budgets and staff. With 20 years of experience in civil site design and construction, Jon’s unique experience in large, multi-phased planned communities is an asset to the firm. Jon’s collaborative, service-oriented approach to manage large-scale client accounts ensures the completion of complex projects that fulfill the ultimate vision.

Favorite Childhood Memory:

“My dad worked for a company in the rock quarry division in Princeton, NC. A real treat for me was getting up at the crack of dawn and riding in his yellow company truck and picking up a ham biscuit on the way. My dad would take me on a tour of the plant and I got to wear a hardhat and boots, which made it even better.”
