Stan Wingo, AICP, LEED GA

With over 16 years in both the public and private sectors, Stan has extensive experience in site development, planning / zoning and project management. As the director of our Multi-site business unit, he applies this experience guiding his team as they strive to provide unparalleled service to clients across the country. Stan has worked with a wide variety of national clients on development rollouts in the retail, petro, auto service, medical and hospitality industries and understands the expectations of these clients. Early on in his project management career, Stan learned the first tenet of multi-site is to know your clients prototype, study every detail and standard, while becoming an advocate and proud partner for their development program. Stan enjoys the challenge of development permitting, often negotiating solutions to entitlement hurdles while maintaining client brand standards ultimately leading to a successful project.

“Some of my fondest memories are of the trips I would take with family during the summers as a kid. I would visit my grandparents and great grandmother in Roanoke, Virginia helping work in my grandparents’ garden at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains with the reward of my grandma’s cooking at the end of the day. I also spent lots of time on the Outer Banks fishing and enjoying the beach with my family as well. In writing this, I realized all of my best childhood memories have a common theme; family.”
